Hino Dealership In Kuala Terengganu Upgraded To 3S Centre

Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. has officially announced the opening of a new Hino 3S centre which was recently upgraded to offer sales, services and spare parts. It is operated by Hino authorised dealer, Sumai Engineering Sdn. Bhd., which upgraded its operation centre to 3S status to offer a one-stop centre that spans the lifetime of the truck, from sale to maintenance.

The Hino 3S centre is a 1,404 sq ft facility strategically located at Lot 903 K, Kawasan Perindustrian Chendering, an industrial hub in Kuala Terengganu where many main warehouses and factories operate. To provide the best facilities to its customers, the centre is fitted with 10 service bays, a customer lounge with refreshments and free WiFi.

The new office is not only designed to increase the efficiency of all departments but to also reflect Hino’s innovative company goals that focus on delivering quality customer service. Hino Malaysia to-date has 37 3S centres throughout the country conforming to the company’s new standards and corporate image.

The opening of the new Hino 3S centre was officiated by the Board of Directors from both companies, Hino Malaysia and Sumai Engineering, together with the Guest of Honour, YB Tuan Haji Ahmad Amzad Hashim, Member of Parliament for Kuala Terengganu.

“To accommodate our business run, Hino has appointed Sumai Engineering as 2S (Services and Spare Parts) centre, and with the supports of our valued customers and Hino family members, Sumai Engineering now starts as the first Hino 3S centre in Terengganu,” he added.
