Isuzu Malaysia Marks Launch Of New GIGA Cement Mixer Truck With Delivery Of Two Units
Isuzu Malaysia marked the launch of its Isuzu GIGA FXZ360 cement mixer truck with the delivery of two trucks to Terengganu-based construction firm, Hamzah Ibir Sdn Bhd. The trucks were bought by the company via Isuzu authorised dealer, Dynamic Motors Sdn Bhd, in Kuantan.
The Isuzu GIGA FXZ360 cement mixer truck is powered by the 6UZ1-TCC engine with a six in-line cylinders, turbocharger and intercooler. Output from the engine is an impressive 360PS and 1,422 Nm of torque, managed by a 9-speed ZF gearbox, for efficient load-carrying over various terrain. The GIGA FXZ360 is also equipped with a 6×4 drivetrain, which also includes a ‘Flywheel PTO’ factory-fitted in Japan, and is claimed to have the best aerodynamics, ergonomics and UNECE safety standards.
Dato Haji Khaidir, the Managing Director of Hamzah Ibir Sdn Bhd, commented that the launch of the much-anticipated mixer truck by Isuzu is a timely move, in view of the increase in construction and development projects. The company had chosen the Isuzu brand for its well-known reliability and durability, aside from the fuel efficiency and excellent after-sales service.
At the recent launch and handover ceremony, Isuzu Malaysia Chief Executive Officer, Koji Nakamura, stated that the introduction of the new Isuzu GIGA FXZ360 cement mixer truck is an important step for the company’s quest to offer business owners a full range of commercial vehicle products to suit a variety of construction and development needs.
