Nissan Almera Turbo Fuel Efficiency Charity Drive Saw A Car Achieve 49.5 KM/L
The Nissan Almera Turbo Fuel Efficiency Charity Drive saw one of the Almera Turbo owners achieve 49.5 km/l. The recently concluded campaign was organised by Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) as a fun challenge to encourage Nissan Almera 1.0L Turbo owners to help make a positive impact on the lives of people facing hardship due to the pandemic situation. The top 10 list saw fuel efficiency upwards of 40 km/l, attesting to the frugal nature of the Almera Turbo.
ETCM recorded a total of 12,841 km of driving from Nissan Almera 1.0L Turbo owners who had actively submitted their outstanding fuel economy readings. The charity drive committed to contribute RM1 for every 1 km driven. Thus, a total of RM12,841 was accumulated, which will be donated to a few charitable organisations. The receiving charity organisations will be announced soon by ETCM.
The top 20 drivers with the best fuel efficiency will receive an exclusive Nissan GT-R by LEGO® while the next top 30 will receive a special edition Nissan Duffle Bag. ETCM will be contacting all the winners for their prize delivery arrangement soon. ETCM would also like to thank all participants who made the effort to help make this charity drive challenge a success.

ETCM has also brought back the Nissan Almera Test Drive & Win contest. There will be 50 lucky customers who will be rewarded with Watsons vouchers worth a total of RM25,000 (i.e. RM500 each).
