Isuzu Malaysia is offering loan instalment deferment to customers who purchase a new Isuzu D-Max pick-up truck. This moratorium for financing payments is the first of its kind in the pick-up segment and is valid on new vehicles purchased from 1 June till 31 August 2020.
Through the Isuzu Deferred Instalment Campaign, the company hopes that customers can fortify their earnings by putting their new D-Max truck to work during the deferment period before needing to worry about loan repayments. Customers can choose a deferment period of either three or six months.
According to Chief Operating Officer of Isuzu Malaysia, Light Commercial Vehicle Division Masayuki Suzuki, the moratorium aims to help Malaysians move forward during this recovery period with the services of an efficient and versatile new Isuzu D-Max.
“A capable, dependable and frugal vehicle is a valuable asset today and a good pick-up truck makes economic sense be it for individuals or organizations. By providing this moratorium, Isuzu hopes that customers will be able to speedily attain their new normal,” said Mr Suzuki.
This financial collaboration with Public Bank Berhad covers almost every model in the Isuzu D-Max range, and offers up to 90% financing margin for a maximum tenure of 84 months. The minimum loan amount to qualify for this campaign is RM20,000. The D-Max range has one of the widest selection of variants available for you to choose depending on your requirements and budget.
The Isuzu D-Max has a reputation as one of the toughest and most frugal pick-up trucks on the market. This durability is regularly proven in grueling events such as the annual Borneo Safari off-road expedition where the D-Max has served faithfully for the last 14 years. It had also completed long-distance challenges like the drive from Bangkok to Singapore on just one tank of diesel.
The Isuzu D-Max range includes the advanced 1.9L Blue Power engine – the smallest engine capacity in the market and the cheapest road tax in its segment. Through breakthroughs in technology, the new engine provides even greater performance and fuel efficiency than the 2.5-litre model it replaces.
Recently, the new 1.9L Single Cab version underlined its remarkable capabilities by traversing four of the highest peaks in Peninsular Malaysia. On this journey, it carried a tonne of load and covered a distance of 1,145 km, returning with fuel to spare.
