Hino Dealership In Klang Upgraded To 3S Centre

Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has upgraded one of its authorised dealerships from a 1S centre (Sales) to a 3S centre (Sales, Services & Spare Parts). The dealership, operated by Eng Kee Commercial Vehicles Sdn Bhd, was nominated as a Hino 3S authorised dealer to offer the best sales, service, and spare parts in line with Hino’s Total Support concept to benefit Hino customers. Eng Kee Commercial Vehicles has been in partnership with Hino Malaysia since 2006.

This new Hino 3S centre is strategically located near Port Klang at No. Lot 230, Persiaran Raja Muda Musa, Telok Gadong Kecil, Klang for the convenience of its customers. Having upgraded this dealership to a 3S centre, it now sports a new look and feel. The new office is designed to not only increase efficiency for all departments but also to reflect Hino’s innovative company goals that focus on delivering quality customer service. The 24,000 square feet area has three service bays at the rear of the building while the front of the new centre offers a lounge with refreshments as well as free WiFi for waiting customers.

“We provide Malaysian customers with products optimally suited to their needs, and we help our valued customers make the most of their HINO trucks and busses by providing comprehensive follow-up service in the spirit of Total Support,” said Managing Director of Hino Malaysia, Mr. Atsushi Uchiyama.

Hino 300_Light Duty Truck_MalaysiaFurthermore, Hino Malaysia has introduced an upgraded warranty for its popular light duty truck – Hino 300. The warranty coverage is now for five years or 200,000 km (including powertrain), up from the previous three years or 100,000 km. This is in line with the brand’s Total Support value.
