Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) has unveiled another Nissan showroom featuring the NRC-NEXT retail concept.

This upgrade exercise is to enhance customer experience and satisfaction with the Nissan brand. The NRC was conceived to revolutionise Nissan dealerships and elevate service standards for Nissan customers globally. It focuses on embodying Nissan’s brand values throughout the customer journey at the dealership, whether it’s test-driving the latest models or scheduling regular service appointments. Each aspect of a NRC- or NRC-NEXT-compliant retail facility is reimagined and refined to deliver excitement and satisfaction to customers.

Nissan dealer partner, Evo, has  over 2 decades of experience in fuel distribution across the southern region, and is now expanding into the automotive retail space.

Located in Autoville Cyberjaya (No 2A, Jalan Autoville 2), the only designated hub for automotive sales and car repair services in the area, this new RM1.5 million Nissan 3S Centre commenced operations in early January 2024, catering to customers within Cyberjaya, Sepang, and Putrajaya.Nissan Showroom_New Retail Concept

Spanning a total built-up area of 7,300 square feet, the new outlet can display up to 5 Nissan models and offers a fleet of test drive vehicles for customers to experience. It also features a dedicated new vehicle delivery area and a comfortable customer lounge. The Evo Mobility Nissan 3S Centre showroom is open Monday – Sunday from 9 AM – 7 PM (but closed on public holidays). Meanwhile its service centre is open Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM; Saturday from 8 AM – 1 PM, and closed on Sunday and public holidays.
