Wearnes Relocates Volkswagen Sg Besi 4S

KUALA LUMPUR, 12 October 2016 –The Volkswagen Wearnes Sg Besi 4S Centre has been relocated to new 4S facility located at No. 8, Jalan Dua, Off Jalan Sungei Besi, KL. The new location is just across the road from where the previous centre was located and is now fully operational.

The new Volkswagen Wearnes Sg Besi outlet covers over 75,181 sqft of space over two floors which are allocated for showroom and after-sales services. It is a full-fledged one-stop centre that will cater to the complete needs of Volkswagen owners from sales to after-sales, service and repair, parts, body and paint,
alignment and tires and air-conditioning servicing.

The move to this new centre allows Wearnes and Volkswagen to provide a comprehensive after-sales area to ensure customers’ needs are prioritized. There is a total of 34 service bays and a team of 34 experienced and certified technicians to diagnose issues efficiently and swiftly. That works out to 1 technician per service bay so waiting time is reduced.

The new facility also houses a showroom with space to display 9 vehicles. A customer’s lounge with cable TV and WiFi and discussion rooms are also located here.
