Chery Malaysia Introduces Limited Aurora Green Tiggo 8 Pro
Chery Malaysia has introduced an addition to its flagship Chery Tiggo 8 Pro SUV line-up albeit as a limited offering. The Aurora Green colour option for the Tiggo 8 Pro is limited to just 120 units, offering owners some exclusivity to this 7-seater SUV.
Introduced to the Malaysian market in July 2023, the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro is a locally assembled SUV that offers a spacious interior, intelligent technology, and a robust turbocharged petrol engine which set new benchmarks within its class.
The Tiggo 8 Pro is powered by a 2.0L TGDI turbocharged engine that delivers 256 hp and 390 Nm of torque that is paired with a 7-speed dual clutch (wet) transmission, and offering a dynamic yet efficient fuel consumption rate of 7.4L/100km. 
Equipped with a suite of advanced features, including wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, 540-degree panoramic camera, 24.6″ dual screen display, and 8-speaker Sony sound system, the Tiggo 8 Pro also has other convenience features such as a 50W wireless charging pad, powered front seats with ventilation and heating, hands-free powered tailgate with remote unlocking, as well as keyless entry with remote engine start and cooling activation. 
Moreover, its Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS), featuring Adaptive Cruise Control, Traffic Jam Assist, and Intelligent High Beam Control, ensures enhanced safety on the road. Furthermore, the use of acoustic glass for better soundproofing of the interior ensures a relatively quiet ride experience.
The Chery Tiggo 8 Pro starts at RM159,800 (Peninsular Malaysia) and comes with a comprehensive warranty package which provides 7 years of coverage (or 150,000 km, whichever comes first) alongside complimentary 5 years of service labour.
Customers also have the option to enhance their coverage with the Extended Warranty Package which offers a 10-year warranty or 1,000,000 km for the vehicle’s engine, for an additional RM2,000. Furthermore, Chery Malaysia has the Extra Peace of Mind Package which consists of a 10-year extended vehicle engine warranty or 1,000,000 km and 7 years of service maintenance, for just RM11,600.
