Shell Malaysia And BonusLink Unveil Enhanced Loyalty Programme With Up To 5X Rewards
Shell Malaysia, in collaboration with BonusLink, has launched an upgraded rewards programme for Malaysian customers to unlock enhanced savings on fuel and retail purchases at Shell stations nationwide. With over 14.9 million BonusLink members, this revamped programme introduces a new, 3-tier structure i.e. Silver, Gold, and Platinum which enables members to enjoy multiplied rewards of up to 5 times, making premium benefits more accessible.
The programme offers tailored rewards across its tiers: Silver members receive 1.5 times the points, Gold members earn triple points, and Platinum members can multiply their rewards by up to 5 times per litre for fuel purchases as well as in-store shopping. A unique feature of the refreshed programme is an extended rewards period, allowing members to accumulate points for 2 months, thus maximising their benefits over a longer duration.
To further enhance the rewards experience, Shell is encouraging members to use the Shell App for payments. Through the app, you can unlock exclusive rewards and benefit from a more convenient earning and redeeming process that surpasses what is offered by the physical card.

This update reinforces our commitment to providing greater value to customers, ensuring that every ringgit spent delivers more benefits and a smoother, more rewarding experience,” she added.
Shell’s strategic partnership with BonusLink gives members access to an extensive network of over 20 companies and more than 3,000 outlets across Malaysia. This integration allows Shell customers to redeem points across various retailers, making Shell the only fuel rewards programme in Malaysia that extends benefits beyond the pump.
