Volkswagen eShowroom Website Revamped To Improve Convenience
Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has refreshed its eShowroom website to provide greater convenience for those looking to buy a Volkswagen vehicle. The concept of the revamped website is based on the concept of “what you see is what you get”. Now, you will have access to available units on sale at all Volkswagen authorised dealerships nationwide in real time, as only models that are available at dealerships will be featured.
You will also be able to search the website to find what models are currently available as well as their locations. You can then decide to either book a test drive, or reserve the vehicle online with a standard booking fee of RM1,500. Subsequent to this, you will be contacted by the preferred dealer on the next steps to complete the purchase transaction.
“Volkswagen Malaysia is always looking for ways to enhance the ownership experience for our customers, and begins at the moment of purchase. With this in view, our eShowroom is anchored on the concept of bringing a dealership right to the customer’s fingertip, and we are pleased to now bring it up a notch by introducing real-time availability. This will bring greater convenience, thus ensuring a smoother journey for our customers,” commented Erik Winter, Managing Director of VPCM.
As part of VPCM’s Merdeka and Malaysia Day celebrations over the next couple of months, those who place a booking via the eShowroom will also receive an exclusive RM500 rebate on your purchase.
In addition, Volkswagen dealers around the country will be holding a showroom event to celebrate the market introduction of the all-new Golf R-Line and new Tiguan Allspace Life. VPCM invites everyone to view and test drive these new additions to the Volkswagen family at any VW dealership on 13 and 14 August.
