Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (HMSM) is offering flood relief assistance to its customers who are affected by the recent devastating floods. The company hopes that the flood relief assistance can alleviate some of the difficulties that its customers are facing in such conditions.
HMSM started providing this assistance on 21 December 2021, and will carry on until further notice. This assistance is available to all HINO customers nationwide that have their vehicles stranded or require immediate services.
“Truck and bus are among the most essential infrastructure of transportation to deliver goods and transporting people, hence we see our customer’s operation is not only important to us but to society as well,” said Atsushi Uchiyama, HMSM Managing Director on the relief programme.
“HMSM will give our best support through the most efficient and reliable way. It is also our commitment to helping relieve some of the burden faced by our customers during this natural disaster by listening and understanding the need of our customers and responding to them immediately”, he continued.
Free Inspection, Discounts & Towing Rebates
HMSM is offering free inspection to all affected customers at any HINO authorised service centre, to assess damage and road-worthiness. If required, HINO technical team will make arrangements to visit the customer’s place and provide the services.
On the relief assistance initiative, affected customers are eligible to claim towing service subsidies up to RM500 at all nearest HINO authorised service centres (terms and conditions apply). Further, customers are eligible for discounts up to 50% on selected HINO genuine parts, and 20% off for labour services.
