Das WeltAuto Offers More If You ‘Trade-Up’ Your Old Volkswagen For A New One

Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has launched the ‘Trade-Up’ campaign by Das WeltAuto which offers existing owners to trade up to a new VW. The campaign offers Volkswagen owners the opportunity to trade-in their current VW with extra support on a brand new Volkswagen.

Das WeltAuto is Volkswagen’s global used car programme and this Trade-Up campaign is mainly targeted at owners of the Touran, Cross Touran, Sharan, Passat CC and Passat B7 who are in the market for a new Volkswagen. Owners will be able to enjoy an additional RM3,000 trade-in support for all models, including the all-new Arteon R-Line, Tiguan Allspace variants (R-Line and Highline), and Passat Elegance.

With the support of Das WeltAuto, owning a new Volkswagen is even more convenient as all processes are handled and managed at our dealerships. We are confident that this campaign will entice owners of some of our older models to upgrade to our latest products,” said Erik Winter, Managing Director of VPCM. According to him, the campaign was spurred by the overwhelming response to the new R-Line range.

The Arteon R-Line is Volkswagen’s flagship model. Fitted with sporty R-Line trim, it is visually breathtaking from every angle, and has performance to match. A 2.0 TSI turbocharged engine sends 190 PS and 320 Nm of torque via a new and improved 7-speed double wet clutch direct shift gearbox (DSG) to the wheels for a truly dynamic driving experience. With the current sales tax break, the Arteon R-Line is priced at RM220,043.28 (until the 31 December 2020).
