New Nissan 3S Centre In Kota Bharu With Latest Nissan Retail Concept Now Open

Nissan 3S Centre_Nissan Drive_ShowroomThe new Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) 3S centre promises an improved customer experience of the Nissan brand. This retail concept boasts a new exterior with the iconic red Nissan tablet signage. Inside, the customers are greeted with warmth and comfort in the ‘Nissan Drive’ sales and consultation areas. The delivery bay has also been enhanced to exclusively deliver a special moment for customers and their new vehicle.

The Nissan Retail Concept is our commitment in providing customers with high quality services and aftersales offerings from the minute they arrive,” said Mr Christopher Tan, Sales and Marketing Director of ETCM.

Nissan 3S_Showroom_LoungeThe Edaran Nuri Nissan 3S centre is located at Lot 6621, KM10, Jalan Pasir Puteh Pasir Tumboh, Kota Bharu, Kelantan. It has a total built-up area of 12,260 sq ft and can display up to 5 Nissan vehicles. Its 3 service bays for aftersales service can accommodate up to 15 vehicles per day. Additional facilities such as a café-styled customer lounge, free WiFi connectivity, and children’s area are provided for the convenience of customers and their families.

Operation hours for Edaran Nuri Sdn Bhd Nissan 3S centre are:

  • Saturday – Thursday (including public holidays): 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm, and 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Nissan 3S Centre_Nissan Retail Concept_Service AreaIn line with government standard operating procedures to curb COVID-19, all Nissan showrooms and service centres practise temperature checking and social distancing for all staff and customers. Nissan staff are required to wear face masks, while customers are also given access to face masks, gloves and hand sanitisers at the showroom.

Frequent disinfecting is carried out at the showrooms and service centres throughout the day, covering every touch point including display and test drive vehicles, as well as all customer vehicles before and after service. During this period, contactless payments are encouraged.
