Renault has introduced a new Renault Subscription 1-Month Trial Plan as well as a Renault Sanitisation Campaign to offer consumers more flexibility, affordability, and safety as the world continues to live with the coronavirus pandemic.
The Renault Subscription 1-Month Trial Plan is priced at RM996. The aim of this plan is to offer better accessibility to a vehicle for customers who are cost conscious or hesitant about making long-term commitments. For a limited time, you can save 35% when you make a booking for the new 1-Month Trial Plan through the ‘Renault Easy Raya’ promotion.
“The impact of the movement control order (MCO) and COVID-19 will continue for some time and we, at TCEC, are mindful that keeping costs manageable and staying safe will remain top priorities for many Malaysians,” said Wong Hoe Mun, CEO, TC Euro Cars.
“The new Renault Subscription 1-Month Trial Plan is a great option for those wanting shorter-term plans of less than one year but more than the one week offered through our seven-day trial plan. More Affordability And Flexibility With All-inclusive Costs
The Renault Subscription 1-Month Trial Plan is an addition to the available Renault Subscription offerings to accommodate a different set of customers. This is mainly targetted at cosumers who are more cost conscious and are looking for flexible and convenient short-term solutions, especially in the post-MCO period.
Subscribing to this trial plan will get you a pre-owned unit of the Renault Captur that is no more than two years old. All units of this compact crossover offered with the plan have passed inspection that meets Renault quality and safety standards.
To subscribe to the Renault Subscription 1-Month Trial Plan, you will need to complete the entire subscription process via the Renault E-Store (www.renault.com.my). You are also required to make an upfront payment of RM996. However, no booking fee or security deposit is needed. This fee includes the cost of road tax, insurance, regular servicing and unlimited mileage use.
The trial plan is also flexible and allows you to choose to utilise your subscription in four one-week blocks according to your needs, making this more convenient and affordable compared to taking the Renault Subscription 7-Day Trial Plan multiple times.
To secure this promotion, you only need to place a booking fee of RM50. Redemptions must be made before 31 July 2020. If you decide to not proceed with your subscription, the booking fee will be refunded within three days to a week.
Other than the Renault E-Store, the 1-Month Trial Plan promotion is also available via the Renault store on Shopee Malaysia (shopee.com.my/renaultmalaysia.os). There are limited units of the Captur available so it is on a first come, first served basis.
As an additional safety precaution, all customers within the Klang Valley can also request for free door-to-door delivery.
“As we continue to observe safe distancing given the COVID-19 threat, we believe that private transportation solutions will remain in demand. However, there will be an increase in appetite for affordability and flexibility. With our new one-month Trial plan, we now have multiple Renault Subscription offers, from one-week to three-year durations through the Fixed and Switch plans, to suit all customer needs,” said Wong.
Thorough Sanitisation And Disinfection For Renault Owners
To enhance customer care especially in light of the COVID-19 situation, TCEC also started the Renault Sanitisation Campaign. Available for all Renault owners who service their vehicles at the Renault 4S Centre in Petaling Jaya, the campaign offers a complimentary sanitisation package with two additional top-up options.
The complimentary package covers sanitisation of frequent contact points, fogging of the cabin and air-conditioner evaporator as well as disinfection to kill bacteria in the air and surfaces. For an additional RM168, customers will benefit from further disinfection with fogging that penetrates deeper into the air-conditioner evaporator which claims to have 99% COVID-19 elimination. The second top-up option under the Renault Sanitisation Campaign offers additional odour elimination for RM228. From now until 30 June 2020, customers can enjoy a 20% introductory discount on either package, to be redeemed within three months from the purchase date.
The Renault Sanitisation Campaign packages are available for booking via the Renault E-Store and the Renault store on Shopee as well as for walk-in customers.
“This campaign is in line with the government’s call for a new normal where sanitisation and disinfection is now paramount in keeping ourselves safe from COVID-19. With this Sanitisation Campaign, Renault customers can rest assured that their health and safety is protected when they send their vehicles in for servicing,” said Wong.
