2020 Kia Grand Carnival Seats Up To 11 Occupants

Naza Kia Malaysia has unveiled the 2020 Kia Grand Carnival MPV for the local market. Going beyond aesthetics, the new Grand Carnival aims to deliver the ultimate driving experience yet offer ample space in the cabin, ensuring enhanced comfort for a bigger capacity and stable handling despite its sheer size. This MPV was designed to maximise space through flexibility with the innovative Multiflex seats configuraion which allows a flexible seating layout to meet the needs of the modern family.

Kia Grand Carnival_Centre Console_8 Speed TransmissionThe Grand Carnival is powered by a 2.2L TCI diesel engine, which produces 200 PS @ 3,800 rpm and 440 Nm of torque from 1,750 rpm. The turbo diesel engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission that channels power to the front wheels. The Grand Carnival rides on 18″ clean silver alloy wheels wrapped in 235/60 tyres to give the MPV better grip and a smoother ride.

Designed with style and comfort in mind, the MPV features powered sliding doors on either side of the vehicle which can be opened either manually or automatically with the flick of a switch, a 3.5″ mono LCD cluster meter and shark-fin antenna.

The MPV also adds more value and convenience to families with its new upgrades such as a new roof rack, automatic windows with safety lock, 7.0″ touchscreen HMI (human-machine interface) which has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, voice recognition at the steering wheel control, and an additional USB charging port on its fourth row.

Kia Grand Carnival 2020Its exterior features halogen projector headlamps and halogen projector fog lamps rather than LEDs.

Body colour options include Snow White Pearl, Silky Silver, Aurora Black Pearl and Panthera Metal.

The New Grand Carnival is priced at RM179,888 on-the-road without insurance and comes with five years manufacturer’s warranty (terms & conditions apply).
