Edaran Tan Chong and Nikaijaya Resource Open new Nissan Retail Concept Showroom in Petaling Jaya
Kuala Lumpur, 14 October 2019 – Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn Bhd (ETCM) is refreshing its retail image in line with a global brand experience with the introduction of a new Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) to improve customer services, and Nikaijaya Resource (KL) Sdn Bhd is the first authorised Nissan dealer to adopt it in Malaysia.
With the new Nissan Retail Concept, the Nikaijaya Nissan showroom offers an improved customer experience and journey of the Nissan brand. The new exterior design features an iconic red Nissan tablet signage, while inside, the ‘Nissan Drive’ sales and consultation areas is set to greet visitors with warmth and comfort.

The showroom has a total built-up area of 6,556 square feet and can display up to 5 Nissan vehicles. There is ample parking for visitors and a fleet of test drive vehicles. Additional facilities include a café-styled customer lounge, free WiFi, and a kids’ corner to provide convenience.
The Nikaijaya Nissan showroom is located at 923A, Jalan Melor, Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara, Petaling Jaya, approximately 700 m from the NKVE Damansara toll plaza. Operation hours for this showroom are:
Monday – Friday: 9.30am – 6.30pm
Saturday: 9.30am – 6.00pm
Sunday and Public Holiday: 9.30am – 5pm
