Naza Kia Malaysia Opens 3S Outlet In Kota Bharu

Naza Kia Malaysia has opened a new 3S outlet in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. As the official distributor of Kia vehicles in Malaysia, the company continues with its expansion plans to boost brand presence, especially in the east coast.

Located on the busy Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra, the Kia Kota Bharu 3S centre has a built-up area of 3,500 square feet and can display up to five cars in the showroom. The servicing area has two service hoist bays that can accommodate up to 100 cars per month. This new outlet has a sales target of 18 units per month.

Kia 3S Centre_Showroom_MalaysiaThe 3S centre is operated by Kia dealer, Raza Motors Sdn Bhd, which has invested close to RM1 million into this 3S outlet to include sales, service and spare parts facilities. It also houses a customers lounge, meeting rooms, surau facilities, parts storage room and washing bays. The company has a vision to upgrade the outlet further in 3 years’ time to house a dedicated Body & Paint facility for the convenience of Kelantan-based customers.

Through this exercise, we aim to improve quality and efficiency so that our customers can benefit from exceptional new sales vehicle delivery and quick turnaround time for after sales service,” said SM Nasarudin.
