Bermaz Motor has announced that all new Mazda vehicles registered from 1 January 2019 will have 5-year manufacturer warranty and 5-year free maintenance coverage. Previously, the free maintenance was only for 3 years. This new coverage applies to all Mazda vehicles distributed by Bermaz Motor, except for the BT-50 pickup truck.
The manufacturer warranty and free maintenance is valid for 5 years, or 100,000 km, whichever comes first. “Free maintenance” refers to the free scheduled maintenance according to the manufacturer’s standards, and includes the cost of labour, parts and lubricants.
Bermaz Motor also provides additional value-added after-sales service like the 24-hour Mazda Roadside Assistance which is very convenient especially when you experience a breakdown at odd hours of the night. Additionally, Bermaz also offers the Mazda Mobile Service in the Klang Valley and Penang which provides vehicle servicing at your doorstep at no additional charge.
Further, the Mazda Privilege Card is part of Bermaz Motor’s corporate responsibility programmes that raises funds for the Mazda Medicare Fund and rewards charitable Mazda owners who are supportive of these programmes. The Mazda Privilege Card entitles the cardholder with privileges on after-sales services required beyond the free scheduled maintenances and official merchandise.
