Renault Showroom In Section 13, PJ Upgraded To Offer More

TC Euro Cars (TCEC), the sole franchise holder for Renault cars in Malaysia, has upgraded its flagship Renault showroom on Jalan Kemajuan, Section 13, Petaling Jaya to provide a more enriching and inclusive experience to customers and visitors alike.

“These improvements underline our steadfast commitment and passion to exceed the expectations of our discerning Renault customers. With these upgrades, we aim to establish more fulfilling connections that will enable us to better serve our customers,” said Mr Kuan Kim Luen, CEO of TC Euro Cars Sdn Bhd.

The enhanced Renault showroom now features a new restaurant and pub called Tavern 13, in addition to the existing café, Backerei, to create a more casual experience in the showroom. Serving western and Thai BBQ cuisine, Tavern 13’s casual setting and relaxed ambiance makes it an ideal spot for customers to wait in or simply just to unwind.

On display are photos depicting Renault’s activities in Malaysia as well as interesting Renault-related video clips and other branding elements.

Outside the showroom is a newly constructed vehicle display platform clearly visible from Jalan Semangat. This display platform will be used to showcase the latest fashionable and fuel-efficient vehicles from Renault like the new Captur urban crossover and Clio GT Line compact hatchback.

Renault owners can now make appointments through sales consultants to drop off your vehicles at the showroom. Besides enjoying F&B while waiting for their cars to be serviced, they can also utilize the hair salon adjacent to the showroom for further convenience and to make the most of their time.

Additionally, Renault sales consultants are on-hand to provide pick up assistance to collect and deliver your Renault vehicle when service is due. According to Mr Kuan, TCEC is strategically expanding and upgrading its Renault network to support the brand’s growing momentum in Malaysia.

The company recently added new showrooms in Seremban and Johor Baharu to strengthen Renault’s brand presence and connect with more customers in the southern region of Peninsular Malaysia. TCEC will also continue to leverage the strength of Tan Chong Group’s after-sales network to ensure customers receive first-class after-sales support and service experience.

Currently, Renault has 15 showrooms in Peninsular Malaysia and 14 service centers across Peninsular and East Malaysia.
