No standard gasket is ok, it made 360 at 45 psi of boost but have ran it at 60 with a race map and it was insane but we de tuned it back due to the standard gear box and internal engine parts
you mean with the standard gasket can stand if I double-up the horse power.
for your info, my ride is rexton rx270xdi, remap ,cool air intake, stainless steel turbo piping..upgrade now to about 210HP from 164HP. if I push a bit more to 270HP no need to do anything on the gasket part?

I ran the Colorado for 8 months on the standard gasket with no problems at all, All the work was done in Bangkok at http://www.monster-p-industries.com/ I live in the north east of Thailand Khon kaen.

during dyno you start from 5th gear all the way, I notice some turbo lag in the begining, at what RPM the turbo kick in? and what is the max rpm now?

an hour ago just whack volvo 850 GLT 2.5 , at 700 plus Nm I think my tyre just keep spinning without the car moving..hihihi

Around 2300rpm is where it starts to spool and peak HP is about 3600rpm and peak torque 3400rpm. They used 5th as they had slipping problems in the lower gears and pulling in 5th from 100 isnt something I would normally do on the road. Max RPM at the moment is 4500rpm but will push that to 5000 rpm with the new mods. The stage 4 mods wont be complete until late April or maybe even May. Gearbox was suppost to leave the states this week. But always up for meeting people with the same interests. I have been into motorcycles all my life and have just started out having fun with 4 wheels
