rexton use garrett M27 KT2 , what max HP can get from the that turbo?
, on your 1st stage you double the HP , is it necessary to change wastegate?

The smaller one hybrid I would guess around 400hp running 60 PSI + of boost The new one we are using for the stage 4 will be between 450 and 550 HP.
Will probably run closer to the 450hp as it will be a every day drive car and for traction and engine life we will be at the lower end of the scale. See how it goes,
Standard waste gate was fine on the first stage.
I enjoyed stage 1 plenty of wheel spin in first and second, Stage 3 had wheel spin at 100kl/m in third gear smile_evil.gif

Maybe stage 4 will have wheel spin in 4th smile.gif

The long 1st gear is good as the standard gearing is to short and only good for doing burn outs, normaly take off in second gear if racing another car as the moment you let the clutch out in first you would be changing into second.
RPM drop is what RPM I will loose when I change gear.

with the long 1st and 2nd mean if city driving at 60kmh/35mph , 2nd gear would do.

if cruising at 100km/h , can the 5th hold?

The gear box is from TKO company and has custom gears + upgrades to make it stronger than normal and yes with custom bell housing it can be fitted to most cars. These gearboxes are ment for big V8s which is why we wanted it Hi Torque at low RPM, The Skyline RB25 gearboxes that many diesel drag trucks use and break as the arent built for hi torque at lower RPM but more hi HP at hi RPM.
I dont sit on 100klm/h normaly but if I did it would be 4th gear. Normaly travel at 140 klm/h on the hiway here, living in the N/E has its good points
