Bro Daviesjb, yes, KL traffic.....nothing new. At one time, i saw my fuel went 25% coz i was driving from PJ to downtown KL (Hotel Nikko), that time was crazy traffic after office hours and flash flood. It took me close to an hour and a half in the car. Maybe that's not a good way to measure FC because of the extreme traffic conditions.

I will continue to try the RON95 for one more time before I will try to switch to RON97. But getting 550km is very good achievement for you.

My FC is around 450km around city, mainly KL & PJ driving. If driving outstation mostly on highway, the overall milega close to 520km to 550km.

We are getting different FC report here, ranging from 350 to 550km in city driving. Bro chinonlee, are u using RON95 or 97?

Before U place ur booking, did read M8 forum? Anyway U are one lucky man as it is not too late. U came to the right place. U should have mentioned present M8 owner predicament on the central locking & LCD headrest before U place ur booking. I strongly suggest U see ur SA in Bermaz soonest & ask him to sort out the above problem before U pay the down payment. Don't dig further into ur pocket or tamper with the warranty after U collect ur car. I hope U won't be another ###### just like me, U can still talk ur way thru before U sign any papers or down payment. Let me know the outcome.

Smart guys get M8

Dear Bro Teighlour,

There is a small button (sunken one) beside the Central button (right beside the Menu button--I called it).
press it to select "DVD, Navigator, Tuner...)
Select the Tuner, u can see the FM u are playing now.

Hope this can help.

Guys,

I noticed a situation here.
I managed to drive for 550km in three days. (City zone [JB]).
Taking a few rides with a different gang of friends, sometimes 4 passengers (including me), sometimes 6 passengers.
(From Pelangi Indah to Bukit Indah, vice versa)
(From Pelangi Indah to Johor Jaya, then to JB town, vice versa)
(from Pelangi Indah to Pasir Gudang, vice versa)
(From Pelangi Indah to Molek, then to JB town, vice versa)
(From Pleangi Indah to Austin, vice versa)
(From Pelangi Indah to Taman Pelangi then to JB town, vice versa)

Last week, I didn't ride my friend from here to there, I let my wife take charge of the car, my full tank of fuel last for 7 days, but it only distance 430km.
Is the fuel consumption has some "connection" with the numbers of days???
