Headlamp don't fog up, but dew is normal. Headlamps are ventilated.

Take picture of the foggy headlamp.
SC at Chan Sow Lin didn't ask anything, I just told them right is foggy when wet (or washing car), they changed the whole unit. I told them, just repair the seal or something.
They said they got nobody to do it, and they have stock.
New headlamp it is
And tensioner bearing
and intake manifold
and front left side suspension bracket and stuff.
now compressor/tensioner bearing making sound again when cold, too bad out of warranty already

Yes, it's the seal.
Proton vendors sucks. With Bukhari taking over proton , he's also changing his vendor to his own crony, which will also produce OEM parts for honda. So hopefully parts for proton are getting better.
The only other car that I see off the same class as Exora (good handling, good fc, not to big but not too small, lotsa features) is the coveted Pug 5008 1.6cc which cost twice as much thanks to our tax structure.

you at COSE yesterday? i was there too. going for my 20,000km service. at the same time complaint about erratic idling and engine about to die when go into reverse then go back to D, driver seat squeaking and door panel noise.
reach at 9:15, car ready at 4pm. found out that their shutter service dont send you to your destination anymore. only to subang parade. i have to get my friend to pick me up.
found that the erratic idling is no longer there at the moment. they update the software.
the driver seat and door panel still have noise. both problem is there since i got the car.

Appointment at 9.30am Monday. Has to take annual leave. Considering ok after one day of soccer tournament on Saturday.
If you noticed, my EB elegant brown with WWL plate. Finish around 2pm.
15k service, headlight fogging issue inspection and brake noise.
For the driver seat, also got noise but not a very big issue to me and I did not make any complaint yet.
And yes, the shutter service only to Subang Parade.
I have to take a taxi the first time I was there. Had to leave the car for two days before.

To me, their service is also so so. But i always go back there because they are proton direct, not a vendor. I dont want to have finger pointing if there is problem in the service center. The car problem is more than enough for me.
My car got problem with the engine die off previously. I was so piss off that the service adviser now know me by my name.
Today morning got another problem. i need to crank 3 times before the engine start. So far, 3 days without jerk for me. Air-cond also seem cooler.

Stupid service people. already mentioned headlight got problem, only do simple check and said ok.
True enough after heavy rain, headlight got water vapour inside.
Now need to take another leave. what a waste. service men is not competent or just plain stupid
