i thought that the boss had a Land Rover Discovery Td5 if i'm not mistaken
(as i have seen it before and it was heavily tinted with a nice number)
and not a Range Rover. Yes, Land Rovers are a pain in the arse to
maintain, but it does set you a class above the other Jap 4 wheel drives
out there.

was a customer of NSS between 1994 to 1999 ... really, no complaints.
you must kacau the right people ... used to be Eric/Raymond (who has
since left) and Chin as the SA, but best to speak to Mr Mah ... Tongue

MY opinion is that, they are professional but not so honest. for me i ll
go for FA/SM rather than NSS. their marketing style is very good until
one realise.

In service oriented business, first impression/experience is really
important. Unsatisfied customer will only come back if there is no choice.

I believe NSS's service is the worst of all. Dealt with some chinese guy
there whose english is really the chinese type.

Not complaining about the language, but just the impression that he gave
me was unprofessional!

Soooooooo much different if you were to compare with FA Midvalley. I
believe the BEST service is FA Midvalley!

Followed by SM (no offence SM GM!)

now at FA shah alam. just drop by to check cooling system. first time
here. last may changed temp sensor at NSS. but i think it failed again.
