Never drive this Polo sedan before but had tested a Polo hatch TSI....didn't really feel anything special, must be my lausi skill

Relax bros. Both have their own pros and cons. I think because of their different routes, they compliment each other. Just like Asian food and Western food. Can always eat nasi lemak, roti canai, asam laksa, char kueh teow etc. and also enjoy burger, sandwiches, spaghetti, pizza etc. Make life more colourful and full of varieties.

I test drive the car last week, honestly before I try the car my mind is telling me crap expensive c-segment car price eating up to b-segment pricing. After drove it, honestly is a nice car to drive those appreciate driver felling will like this car very much and I almost place my booking.... what stopping me... is my Peugeot.... resell value suck... what motivate me to change also Peugeot... is not a bad car but SC is not good.

For Polo Sedan, the steering is high quality, drive is firm, NVH is good a little surprise for 1.6 it drive better than a lot of 1.6 car outside. although is make from India but the quality is very good. some people like fancy dashboard like civic, insight but I like polo simplicity.

VW to my personal view is they are serious to build a name in Malaysia (I don't think they want to screw the brand up because of Polo Sedan).....

Other company particularly Naza I don't really like it. they seem to just give you a good offer you get the car and then any issue.... you wait lah.... even when I step in to Naza kia showroom in TTDI on saturday the SA just sit down and look at me don't even brother to ask me what I'm looking for so why I want to buy from him...

Polo Sedan is B-segment... Jetta, Civic, Altis, Focus, Mazda3, 308 are C-segment..

in other country, Polo is celled supermini while Jetta is called compact sedan...

In msia, sometimes when you get confused, just say "Polo is Vios's fren" or "Jetta is Civic's fren"

Does the car have a seatbelt warning indicator?
During the day, will the instrument panel backlighting dim as you enter a dark tunnel to prompt you to switch on your headlights?
Will the doors autolock once the car hits a certain speed?

Yes it does the rcd210 and it'll also automatically search for stations when u're in different places.. BUT upgrading to higher spec rcd310 or 510 is highly recommendable

No it does not..

Not that i'm aware of.. but pls note that the instrument cluster is not something like optitron (but the 'needle' is lighted anyway). However it's 'bright' enough to think that it's like an optitron unit..

Will the doors autolock once the car hits a certain speed?
Yes, when it passes 15km/h mark. Auto unlock only activates when u pull the key out, not right after u shut-off the engine.

All Polos in Malaysia do not come with the bluetooth module. I am not sure about the warranty.
