as of today, 28.3.2013, I only managed to catch 2 times of Sonic. 1 sedan and 1 hatchback and of course it was not a test drive car as it was parked at the shoplot area and the cars were in planned (no sticker or whatsoever to determine that it was a test drive car).
Anyway, the most scariest part is till today, i've not even see a single Orlando on the road ! of course my main areas are Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Tropicana, Damansara and PJ areas...but none !!
But I saw a number of Colorodos and Captivas on the road, as much as the Ford Rangers..
But why not Orlando? I just wonder besides its brand being carried by the Naza Group (very lacking in after sales market support) what are the other factors ? Or it just the plain reason of the distributor/service center reason?
p/s: among a few friends that own Fords, they also is currently experiencing a very bad service from Sime Darby Motors...
Thus far, i've seen
ZERO Sonic
One Orlando (Test drive car, around section 14)
Not many Colorados, plenty of Captivas, and numberous Optras and Aveos. The newer the Chevy, the more badly it sells
In my opinion, Chevrolets has been overshadowed badly by Kia and Hyundai...most people had just forgotten that Chevys exists..
Bad service is one thing...lack of promotions is another..
