Sime Darby Auto ConneXion To Strengthen Ford Presence In Penang
The exclusive distributor of Ford in Malaysia, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), is set to strengthen the brand presence of Ford in Penang with a new 3S centre. The company recently held a ground-breaking ceremony for a new facility in Seberang Prai.
Upon completion, customers will be able to experience state-of-the-art facilities at this new Ford 3S Centre, built from ground up in line with Ford’s global standards. This 3S centre is thus set to elevate the customer experience and brand image particularly in the northern region. With an estimated investment of RM16.6 million for this set-up, this 3S centre will have 45,000 square feet of space housing a showroom that can display up to 6 vehicles, and a workshop with 18 service bays.
The facility is located along Jalan Baru in Seberang Prai, Penang, for easy accessibility, and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024.
