Malaysia’s largest marketplace for used vehicles, muv (Marketplace for Used Vehicles), has partnered with Shell and Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS) to provide its consumers with two free aftersales service packages. This service is available at 51 TCEAS service centres nationwide.

This partnership is one of muv’s moves to offer value-added services and quality assurance to its customers, as well as the convenience of the wide TCEAS network.

“As part of our initiative to continue innovating our existing processes to enhance value and efficiency for all our customers, we have gone into this partnership with Shell, who will be supplying their Shell HELIX HX8 5W-30 SN+ Synthetic Lubricant, as well as TCEAS service centres to provide two free after-sales service package. This is so our customers have an added avenue to conveniently maintain and service the vehicles they have purchased through our retail platform,” said Andy Teh, Chief Executive Officer of muv.

Each service package will provide muv customers with one Shell Synthetic Lubrication Service, which includes Shell HELIX HX8 5W-30 SN+ (4 litres) engine oil, oil filter, oil pan washer, windshield washer, labour and free multi-point car inspection.

Service appointments need to be made at least 3 days in advance through TCEAS’ Customer Careline (1800-88-3838). You can also contact directly any preferred TCEAS Service Centre.
