MODENAS Service Centres Now Open 4 Days A Week
Motosikal dan Enjin Nasional Sdn Bhd, or MODENAS, recently announced that selected authorised service centres are now operating 4 days a week, pursuant to the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO) announced last week. The resumption of MODENAS aftersales operations will be subject to the COVID-19 pandemic standard operating procedures.
This includes shorter operating hours, reduced staff numbers onsite, and precautionary measures such as social distancing and hygiene practices.
The following list of centres will be open for business:
- MODENAS Subang Service Centre, Selangor
- MODENAS Ipoh Service Centre, Perak
- MODENAS Gurun Service Centre, Kedah
- MODENAS Kuantan Service Centre, Pahang
- MODENAS Johor Bahru Service Centre, Johor
- Operational Days : Four days in a week (Monday to Thursday)
- Operational Hours : 10 am to 3 pm
Based on ‘new normal’ practices, the MODENAS authorised service centres will continue to service customers only by appointment. All MODENAS’ customers are advised to book their appointment online via http://bit.ly/mcobookaservice or http://bit.ly/jomservis. Alternatively, you can also send a WhatsApp Message to MODENAS Careline at 019-570 8135.
You will be contacted by the respective branches to confirm available date and time slots. The service centres will only be accepting the appointments on a first-come, first-served basis. This approach is taken to initiate a ‘new norm’ by practicing social distancing and following health control guidelines by limiting the number of customers entering these premises during this pandemic period. All customers will be advised to put on a face mask and to have their body temperature checked before entering the premises.
Spare Parts Stockists To Resume Business
Meanwhile, the availability of spare parts has also been addressed. MODENAS has resumed full operations of its spare parts business to support its network of stockists. MODENAS owners can now purchase spare parts from the respective MODENAS Service Centers or at the nearest authorised stockists listed below.
MODENAS highly recommends for the customer to select the nearest service centre to abide by the MCO’s travelling regulations.
