How Flux Works
Flux members can choose a car of their choice from www.driveflux.com and subscribe to a specific car in the website. Cars currently available range from the Toyota Yaris to Honda City to Kia Sportage to MINI Cooper to BMW 630 GT; either new or pre-owned. All its cars are independently inspected to determine that each and every one is maintained to the highest standards and free of major accidents and flood damage.
Once you have selected a car, you then choose a subscription plan which starts at month-to-month for total flexibility or up to three years for best value. Subscription plans indicate how long members intend to use the Flux service, and not a specific car as you have the privilege to switch to another throughout your subscription period. You can also choose a mileage package i.e. Lite, Standard and Unlimited which offers a monthly maximum of 1,250 km, 2,000 km and cap-less mileage respectively. The Lite package is offered at no additional charge.
Additionally, Flux offers a concierge service to help manage all your car-related administrative and maintenance matters. This includes yearly document renewals along with planning and execution of periodical service and repairs. This will free up your time, especially on weekends.
Moreover, Flux vehicles are fitted with a telematics device which ensures your safety and security. Should your car be involved in an accident, the telematics device will send for emergency services to your location so that medical attention is received as soon as possible. Flux has partnered with leading automotive insurers for comprehensive protection and 24/7 nationwide roadside assistance to ensure your safety and assist you in every step of the post-accident process. It can also aid in the recovery of the vehicle and your belongings in the case of theft.
A key benefit of Flux is the freedom to switch cars after a minimum of one month of use with just a standard switching fee. Following a switch, you pay the monthly rate for the newly chosen car.
