New Porsche Macan With Premium Package Launched In Malaysia; From RM455,000

Porsche Macan Launch_Porsche Centre Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur_Sime Darby Auto Performance_MalaysiaSime Darby Auto Performance has launched the new Porsche Macan with Premium Package in Malaysia with prices starting from RM455,000 (including tax but excluding registration, road tax and insurance). This price will include a four-year warranty and free maintenance package (parts and labour).

The Premium Package offers additional enhanced specs compared to the standard Macan, and this includes the comfort lighting package, automatic dimming mirrors, BOSE surround sound system, Park Assist with reversing camera, 14-way adjustable powered front seats with memory function, and Power Steering Plus.

Porsche Macan_Four Point Brake Light_Sime Darby Auto Performance_MalaysiaThe new Macan features a redesigned front to give it a wider appearance, with newly designed headlights; the Porsche Dynamic Light System Plus is available as an option. The rear features a 3D LED light panel strip with ‘Porsche’ lettering and four-point design brake lights.

 

Porsche Macan_Cockpit_MalaysiaThe chassis has been improved for better comfort and driving enjoyment. Porsche Traction Management comes standard to intelligently control all four wheels (with mixed tyre sizes). And if you like them big, you can also choose to upsized your wheels with 21″ alloys. Adaptive air suspension with PASM, Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus and Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes are also available options.

 

Porsche Macan_Engine Bay_2.0 Turbo Petrol_Launch_MalaysiaThe Macan is powered by a 2.0L turbocharged engine with improved combustion chamber geometry to give it 252 hp and 370 Nm of torque. This is transferred to the wheels via a 7-speed dual clutch PDK transmission, allowing for a century sprint time of 6.7 seconds, and a top speed of 225 km/h. Despite this performance, official average fuel consumption is rated at 8.1 litres per 100 km.

 

In the cabin, there is a new 10.9″ full HD touchscreen (improved from the previous 7.2″ screen) with the new Porsche Communication Management system that includes online navigation, voice control and Apple CarPlay connectivity.

Porsche Macan_Sport Chrono Package_Clock_Timer_MalaysiaAdditional options for the interior include the GT sports steering wheel, sport chrono package with mode switch and sport response button, heated windshield, and air ioniser. Driving options include the Surround View option, Lane Change Assist and Lane Keep Assist.

The Macan comes with four new exterior colours i.e. Mamba Green Metallic, Dolomite Silver Metallic, Miami Blue and Crayon. The Porsche 360 Financing can put monthly repayments for the Macan as low as RM5,700.
