Wearnes Automotive has launched its Service 2.0 program to enhance its customer service for VW owners in Malaysia. With the Service 2.0 program, Wearnes is committed to offer top-notch after-sales service to Volkswagen customers, and to be a leading 4S centre for Volkswagen Malaysia.
The Wearnes Automotive Volkswagen showroom and service centre is located at 8, Jalan Dua, Off Jalan Sungei Besi 55200 Kuala Lumpur.
“We see our customers as invited guests, and we are the hosts. It’s our job every day to make every important aspect of the customer experience a little better every day. There is no shortcut to giving good service. The only way to get 5-star feedback is to offer 5-star service,” said Mr Rizwan, Deputy Dealer Principal of Wearnes Automotive.
Last week, Wearnes celebrated its customers with a ‘Wearnes Customer Appreciation Day’ in which customers were rewarded with RM100 service vouchers and VW t-shirts. Additionally, Volkswagen Care Plus cards were also given out to selected customers who have owned a VW for at least four years.
According to Rizwan, the Service 2.0 program involves six key offerings by Wearnes namely,

- Fast Lane Service
- Complimentary Breakfast
- Complimentary Shuttle Service
- Jockey Service
- Night Drop-Off
VW customers can now conveniently book service appointments with Wearnes Automotive via WhatsApp (012 938 9929) so there’s no need to phone in during working hours and be put on hold. Just send your name, vehicle registration number, type of service required, vehicle’s current mileage and preferred appointment date to the said number. A confirmation message will be sent to you upon verification of the service appointment.
The Wearnes Automotive outlet has over 75,181 sq ft of space spanned over two floors for its sales and after-sales services, including a body & paint centre. It has 34 service bays available, of which six will be dedicated to Fast Lane Service. These are for VW customers who come in for pre-arranged standard scheduled maintenance services where the customers can expect to have their vehicles back in two hours.
While you wait for your vehicle to be service, you can enjoy a varied choice of complimentary breakfast items at the service lounge, which includes complimentary WiFi and TV. But if you do not wish to stay at the service centre, Wearnes provides a shuttle service to take you to your designated destination, within reasonable means.
And as you drive into the Wearnes Automotive 4S centre, stopping within the painted white box near the service entrance will enable you to leave your car with the jockey service so that you can walk into the service reception without needing to look for a parking spot first.
Customers who are too busy to send their vehicles in during the day can opt for the night drop-off service. This is available at any time of the night. You just park at the designated spot, fill in a form and drop it together with your key into a box. Wearnes service personnel will contact you the next day for confirmation of service.
