In line with its position as one of prime Mercedes-Benz dealer groups in Malaysia, Cycle & Carriage Bintang (Cycle & Carriage) has launched the Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile service. This Cycle & Carriage initiative is the first of its kind and aims to enhance further the three-point-star’s promise of best-in-class services for customers.
The Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile service offers customers minimal wait time and convenience of servicing their vehicles at their doorstep via a Mercedes-Benz Vito mobile service workshop. The services offered include scheduled maintenance services (Service A & Service B), wiper blade replacements, key battery or infrared replacements, and battery replacements, all done right at your doorstep.

Cycle & Carriage is the pilot for the roll-out of the first Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile and its service is currently available to Cycle & Carriage customers in the Klang Valley. To celebrate the launch of Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile, Cycle & Carriage is waiving the service fee for the first three months.
Cycle & Carriage customers can schedule a service appointment with any Cycle & Carriage dealership within the Klang Valley to enjoy the Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile services. Cycle & Carriage assures transparency of this service by sending cost estimates, including itemised costs for required parts and labour, to the customer beforehand. This enables customers to make more informed decisions about the maintenance of their vehicles.

The Mercedes-Benz Star Mobile is manned by two qualified technicians and is fully equipped with the Xentry Diagnosis system, special tools and technician hand tools to perform off-site repair and maintenance jobs.
