Hino Malaysia Hands Over 15 Trucks To Delivery Service Company

Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (HMSM) recently delivered 15 newly-launched HINO 300 Series trucks to My World Logistics Sdn Bhd, which the company will use to provide delivery services for a renowned home furnishing company.

My World Logistics was incorporated in 2012 and has grown to a staff strength of 150 dedicated employees. As a provider of delivery services for an established furnishing company, it is accountable for managing its customer’s orders, operating the central warehouses, delivering the orders as well as assembling the furniture.

In selecting a brand of trucks for its fleet, My World Logistics chose Hino for the quality of after-sales services provided, as well as the wide nationwide network of 114 Hino dealerships which makes servicing more convenient. The company also believes that Hino products are reliable and efficient, and meets its daily logistics requirements.

The Hino Total Support program helps customers minimize vehicle downtime, thus helping to save on the customer’s operational cost. It also offers more exclusive warranty satisfaction such as the “Free Parts Program” and “Free Service Program” as well as additional programs like ‘Best-Fit’ program and others which rewards customers as well as truck drivers.

The newly-launched HINO 300 Series puts safety first, which is one of the elements considered by My World Logistics to ensure successful delivery to customer’s doorstep.

5 of the delivered Hino trucks with a GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight) of 7.5 tonnes were ready for the road, allowing My World Logistics to immediately shift more loads compared to its previous GVW 5 tonnes models. This helps the company to reduce the number of daily trips back to the warehouse thus saving on operations cost.

HMSM recently launched its Hino Total Support Customer Centre (HTSCC) new building and facilities, in Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan, as part of its 40th anniversary celebration. New customers like My World Logistics will be provided training at this new facility with modules such as ‘Driver Familiarization
Training’, ‘Safety and Eco-cien Driving Training’ and ‘Safety Driving Training’. The training is free of charge, as one part of Hino’s ‘Total Support’ initiative to benefit Hino customers.
