Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz Centre At Hap Seng Star Balakong Launched
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and authorized dealer, Hap Seng Star have jointly launched the Hap Seng Star Balakong Proven Exclusivity Centre, a dedicated centre for certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles. If you’re hesitant to pay full price for a brand new Mercedes-Benz but still want to enjoy the Mercedes-Benz experience then this is the centre to visit.
Housed on the upper levels of Hap Seng Star Balakong, the largest Mercedes-Benz autohaus in Malaysia, The Proven Exclusivity Centre features vehicles sourced exclusively from authorized Mercedes-Benz Malaysia dealers, are no older than six years, clocked no more than 125,000 km and have no identifiable structural damage. These pre-owned vehicles are also fully serviced and maintained by authorized Mercedes-Benz Malaysia service centres using only genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.
Before a car is placed in the Proven Exclusivity program, it goes through an extensive 215-point inspection by certified Mercedes-Benz technicians. This covers every aspect of the vehicle from the service history to exterior, interior and running conditions. The media were given a taste of this lengthy multi-point inspection until some of us dozed off.
Further, Proven Exclusivity vehicles are covered by a 12-month limited warranty (with unlimited mileage) in addition to the remaining manufacturer’s warranty. Other Mercedes-Benz features such as 24/7 Roadside Assistance and My Service are also applicable to Proven Exclusivity.

To celebrate the launch of the Proven Exclusivity Centre, Hap Seng Star Balakong is holding a sales carnival for Proven Exclusivity vehicles from today (3rd June) until the 12th of June. Each day of the sales carnival will feature a set a three ‘star cars’ which will be equipped with a 6D4N trip for two to South Korea.
