Volvo Trucks Malaysia Fuelwatch Challenge 2013 Invites Entries
The Volvo Fuelwatch Challenge 2013 is here again for the 2013 season! Volvo Trucks started this challenge because global fuel prices are on the rise and they need fuel saving ideas! Fuel costs will always be a big issue for operators & owners as it represents an average of 30-50% of overall costs.
The Fuelwatch Challenge is designed to train and empower a driver to be more fuel efficient. A well trained driver can impact your business in the long run and research has shown with proper Driver Development, drivers are able to reduce fuel consumption between 5 to 20%, which, over an extended period of time, can bring huge savings in operating costs.
Volvo Trucks Malaysia would like to invite all organisations that own and operate Volvo Trucks to send as many drivers as they can to participate in this globally successful Challenge which is being held for the 4th time in Malaysia starting 30th April 2013.
The winner of the Malaysian rounds stands to compete with champion drivers from Asia and Australia in the Grand finals. Last year’s finals were held in Melbourne, Australia.
