More details on Hyundai Sonata Sport
Earlier this week, we reported that Hyundai-Sime Darby Motor Sdn Bhd had revised the pricing of the Elantra MD and revised the model line-up for the Sonata and i10. The Sonata range has been expanded to include six variants, and amongst them is a new Sport trim available for both the 2.0 and 2.4 models priced at RM151,388 and RM169,888 respectively.
The new Sonata Sport is distinguished from its brethren with a new body kit and exhaust. Another notable addition to this update of the Sonata range is the availability of paddle shifters for both 2.4 variants – Executive and Sport – as standard. Currently, the six variants of the Hyundai Sonata range are 2.0 Elegance, 2.0 Executive, 2.0 Executive Plus, 2.0 Sport, 2.4 Executive, and 2.4 Sport.
As before, equipment list on the new Sonata variants continue to be generous, and all buyers across the range can expect auto headlights, push-button ignition with smart key, Amplitude Selective Dampers, leather seats, tilt & telescopic steering, cruise control, and rear air-con blowers. Things naturally get more generous as you move up the price range, and items to look out for in higher-specced models include ESP with Hill Assist Control, HID lights, panoramic sunroof, Nappa leather, and electric seat adjust.
HSDM is also offering a special interest rate of 1.88% until 30th September 2012 for all Hyundai Sonata variants so this is definitely a good time to buy a Sonata if you are planning to get one.
