Global Ford Ranger Challenge deadline extended – 15 Apr 2012

by -

If you thought your chance to submit participate in the Global Ford Ranger Challenge for a chance to win a unit of the all-new Ford Ranger T6 is gone, well, here’s your second chance. Ford Malaysia has announced an extension of the contest deadline to 15 April 2012 due to overwhelming response.

Task of the contest remains unchanged. Participants are asked to suggest tough real-life challenges to test the Ranger T6, and five of the best entries will have an opportunity to test the Ranger based on their proposed methodology. These participants will be the first consumers in Malaysia to test the Ranger T6, and the best challenge (as voted by the public) will win a unit of the Ranger T6 2.2 XLT manual.

Some ultimate challenge ideas submitted by Malaysian drivers so far include a demanding 13-hour off-road drive from Kuching to Long Seridan in Sarawak, a peacock bass fishing trip to Tanjung Tualang in Perak and a traversing expedition over the ever-challenging terrain at Kuala Mu, so your task will be to at least do better than the above suggestions.

  1. I am not familiar with car terminology, as you may have guessed by how i asked the question.

So, I have a a car that was crushed in an accident. The motor works perfectly, and i was told that it’d be easier to buy a car of the same model and transfer my motor to it. I was looking online, but all I can find are cars with motors.

Could you guys help me by guiding me to websites where i can find cars without motors. And, also, what is the proper term for what i am looking for, a shell, a frame?? Thank you all.
