Honda donates Civic Hybrid to VETA

Honda Malaysia Sdn Bhd has presented a unit of the Civic Hybrid to the Vocational Education Training Academy (VETA) in Semenyih, Selangor, for training purposes. Incorporated in January 2008, VETA is a Government-approved training centre to nurture skilled workers for the country’s automotive market.

“VETA is grateful for Honda Malaysia’s donation. Having an actual hybrid vehicle in the study lab will extend our student’s knowledge beyond theory. Hopefully, through extensive hands-on training, our students will be more well equipped with environmental friendly technical knowledge and inspiration when they join the workforce in the automotive industry later,” said Madam Roszida Binti Othman, Chief Executive Officer of VETA.
