New Volkswagen showroom opens at TTDI
Volkswagen Group Malaysia (VGM) and Cergaz Autohaus Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Permaju Industries Bhd, today announced the opening of Volkswagen TTDI, a new authorized 3S dealer for Volkswagen cars located at Lot 45182, Sg Penchala off Jalan Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
Speaking at the official opening, Mr. Andreas Prinz, Managing Director of Volkswagen Group Malaysia said, “Cergaz Autohaus is an example of a dynamic entrepreneur with a high standard of professionalism, sharp business sense and a commitment to customer service – qualities I believe are essential in any business partners, in ensuring that our customers are always assured of a positive Volkswagen brand experience. I am confident that together, we can successfully grow the Volkswagen brand, products and services to our customers here in Malaysia.”

Sporting RM14 million’s worth of infrastructure, the total ground area spread over four levels of the dealership adds up to 43,000 sq ft. Out of that space, 19,000 sq ft has been allocated to the service area at Basement Level, which is made up of 10 work bays, a Spare Parts Store, and a Special Tools Room. The showroom at Ground Floor takes up 7,500 sq ft.
Speaking on the plans and directions for the showroom, Chai further added, “Our aim is to solidify and strengthen customers’ confidence and loyalty for Volkswagen products and brand. This will in turn improve sales of new vehicles and the residual values of used cars. We are also quite optimistic that we will achieve our sales target of more than 400 cars by the end of 2010.”
