Euromobil Opens Service Centre for Audi Owners
While Audi fans await the arrival of new models in the showroom by Euromobil, the new franchise holder (a subsidiary of EON) of the German marque, has kicked off its operations with a focus on after-sales services. It has opened a service centre at Jalan Kemajuan in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, as an interim facility to support present owners.
The service centre, which has ten bays, is equipped with state-of-the-art Audi equipment and special tools and was set up at a cost of more than RM1 million. It is staffed by over 20 Audi-trained technical specialists, foremen, technicians and service advisors.
“Our service centre uses the Audi VAS 5051 and 5052 vehicle diagnostics and service information systems to offer the latest technology in Audi car after-care,” said Euromobil acting CEO Mr Ng Tat Huen.
Mr Ng also explained that the service centre maintains a dedicated leased line for to on-line communications with Audi AG in Ingolstadt, Germany, to obtain technical assistance and real-time diagnostics, electronics security and updated technical service bulletins. All customer service records are also maintained with Audi with a channel opened to cater for advanced technical assistance.
For the time being, the service centre also has an after sales management engineer to provide free service consultancy and vehicle inspections, as well as assist in technology transfer activities.
The service centre is open from 8.00 am – 5.20 pm, Monday to Friday and 8.00 am – 12 noon on Saturdays.
