Pasar Minggu Kg Baru Joins EON Autofair
This weekend’s EON Autofair at the EON complex in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, has been enhanced with increased activity as the company has invited traders of the reknowned Pasar Minggu Kampung Baru to participate.
The pasar minggu Kampung Baru has been invited to add to the fun fair atmosphere. Well known for its extensive Malaysian products such as handicrafts, local kuihs, fruits, flowers and plants, and traditional costumes, it has been organised to add colour to the EON Autofair. Also among the 48 vendors selling their wares, are stalls selling women’s and children’s clothes, leather goods, electrical items, shoes, kitchen wares, carpets, toys, etc.
The pasar minggu is an added attraction for the monthly EON Autofairs, which the company now holds on the first weekend of the month. It has been organised in conjunction with EON’s first nationwide autofair on November 3rd and 4th. Although the pasar minggu Kampung Baru is only at Glenmarie, the other 54 EON sales branches and 125 franchise sales dealers nationwide have planned many specials to attract visitors.
A not-to-be-missed opportunity at the autofair this weekend is the latest hot promotion ‘Win & Win, EON & You’ contest. Visitors purchasing any Proton cars marketed by EON as well as the classic sports roadster TD2000 or even the MTB Perkasa Truck (the truck is sold only in East Malaysia) will have a chance to win one of the 10 Proton Iswaras offered in the contest being held from November 1st to December 31st 2001.
Visitors should also look out for CARLEASE by EON at the event. This leasing scheme is said to be the first of its kind in Malaysia offered by an automotive distributor. CARLEASE is an innovative scheme introduced by EON and Seabanc GE Capital Sdn Bhd to help corporations and fleet owners with fleet purchasers of manageable outlays and flexibility. This scheme is offered for the Proton Perdana V6.
Potential buyers can also look out for special value added promotional packages such as the ‘Proton Iswara Surprise’ and the ‘Proton Wira Surprise’ packages.
The EON Autofair promotes a wide range of new as well as quality used Proton cars, offering finance and insurance, special deals on genuine Proton parts, car care products, car accessories, service and repairs, Sahabat EON membership and promotional contests.
EON’s nationwide autofair and the pasar minggu Kampung Baru at the Glenmarie outlet will be open from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm this Saturday and Sunday.
