Hi bro,
Will try to FB the CEO or the COO...I too am fustrated with the situation, thanks for the suggestion.

The only decent SCs I had personally came across is the one at Puchong, beside LDP and near to IOI Mall. Another one is Progressive Quality, which is in Subang. You can check out their addresess at Chevy's Malaysian site i think.Hope they are still staying decent. Now I bring my Chevy to Korean Car Mates...much much better service.

I heard that the one in JB is good too from one of the forumer....but needless to say that's too far for us smile_blackeye.gif

Maybe the other forumers can help to chip in?

Just avoid the one at Bangi. Bought my Chevy there and also had my services there most of the time, since I am working in Kajang. It's just a rubbish place.

Both Pug & Chevy are nice car to own & enjoy. Fall into less competent hand will further “destroy” their reputation. The old timer will remember how the pug reputation was almost “wipe out” by the former franchise and the current franchise if not careful, history may repeat itself. Having said that, it‘s all boil down with the attitude from the top Mgt to have the determination to do well & built the brand and the rest will follow. It is sad to say, most are still like NATO, “No Action Talk Only”.
As for Chevy, what I like to see is, building a strong brand reputation in Malaysia & keeps on growing. To do this, the “General” of Chevy Malaysia must be a “Hands on Man” and “masuk padang” & “not tengok padang” saja, not afraid to get his hand dirty. But so far, I have seen none. Just look at the countless unresolved issues and simple posting by owners and potential buyer were not even responded to or they could not even care to read. Then why set up the face book in the first place? Pity one guy with his Cruze was down from his Day 1 post till Day 42 he posted & there were no response or any kind of assurance response from Chevy Malaysia. Any sensible reader whom had read this will get very worried that will he or she be the next victim of owning a “Lemon” Chevy or really bad after sale service. Pick a guess!
Well, with the Mayan prophecy gone and dawning a new year with a new beginning, I really hope Naza Quest could reflect their operational weaknesses and find ways to bring success to the Chevy Brand in Malaysia. As for me, was actually tempting to post in Chevy face book, alas, why bother, nobody from Chevy will ever read this. As for now, decided to opt for another brand. Perhaps for my next car change, Chevy Malaysia could have shed the shoddy reputation into a shinning amour by then. Having said that wishing all Chevy owner and would be owner A Happy New Year ahead.
Cheers.

why why why is it that my favorite makes are all under Naza??! smile_disapprove.gif

I love Citroens too..i love it's technology and especially it's ride. So far I had never ridden in anything as comfortable as my uncle's C5. My dad is a fan of Citroen ZX 3-door when I was a kid, so might be influenced by him smile_tongue.gif

smile_blackeye.gif guess due to the need to keep it as cheap as possible here, Naza only imports the cheapest model and the least safety.

The Orlandos for the rest of the world are well-equipped. It exports to UK, the US, Europe etc. Avanzas and Innovas are not exported there, so it's still engineered for the 3rd world..

As long as NASA refused to open up easy franchise for 3rd party to run its spare parts supply and service centre, less likely Chevy could do well. If it wanted to control everything yet doesn't have the resources and effort to run, it will not do well. Someone go wake them up, tell them to look at wider scope. Sub to others who really wanted to do the after sales and parts for them. Even if NASA waiting for money to fall from sky, there are still the sub-franchised SC and spare parts shops that could get things running for them and for consumers.

Tested the Orlando kaw kaw, turning circle is small, handling superb. Interior space wise is great for 3 in middle row. Even the third row legroom, headroom and interior width beat Santa Fe's 3rd row. Acceleration wise is ok for MPV that big and heavy. Things could be better if the brought in the 2.0L instead and sell at RM140k+. Having the 2.0L engine could solve most of the weakness.

The look wise, hope Chevy should make the Orlando look more fierce SUV style front and rear. Then I would rate it best.

I have a ZX 2.0i for my 2 son's use and after that they are so use it and love it, they have no other choices but the best avalibale affordable cars to selct is to to VW - so can you? I am sure it will never ever be in the hand of the so called "malaysian car king" - cos they are no so dumb like the other cars principals.

np. But if i were naza, I would stop expanding but will improve upon the current SCs. That way, you would improve sales and train people to take control of new SCs..

People like me don't mind going across town to an SC which guarantees great service and will resolve your problems.

In my opinion, one of the reasons that Nasim is having problems maintaining Pugs is because they are expanding too fast. Too few trained mechanics to handle the deluge of cars..

Many experienced and good mechanics but..... they dont want to work with them!!! better outsource and appoint more authorised SC and pay them promptly - many will line up to be their SCs.!
