Seems more like you are 1 of the reckless drivers? Trying to prevent people from bringing up this issue fearing that the stricter law and punishment towards traffic law offenders will be enacted? I have seen you bunch driving your company substandard cars that failed minimum basic handling requirement aka passive safety at over 140-160km/h on highways and zig-zag around endangering other road users.

Yesterday, a Honda Spare part lorry rigid drivng reckless around Puchong zig zag at dangerous speed, overtaking from left and would cut through without signal nor look as he's driving a company lorry, not his and if he involved in accident, just claim insurance with company entitled to SOCSO too if he is injured while at work.

Should enact new law, if insured involved in accident caused by his own reckless driving, insurance company will pay only third party and does not cover insured's damage vehicle repair cost. Also our police force should change from "Cepat, Mesra & Betul" but Tegas, Pantas & Berkesan instead in dealing with traffic offenders as they could cause death that is nothing different from killing innocent with machine. Police force should be more oppressive against reckless drivers and if they don't pay their summonses within period should come up with arrest warrant. Also, those who caused accident or almost cause accident will be charged with murder and attempted murder.

Police? When we report to traffic police for a accident, do you think that they will go and investigate? Yes, they can give good excuse (Yes, excuse, not reason), not enough man power due to high number of accidents. Even if the number of accident is manageable by them, do you think they will go and investigate? The police report is just to claim insurance.

Hopeless in our situation. The person on the top does not have determination to change, how are we going to expect the downlines can change?

You didn't read properly. Already stated clearly, get majority signature from locals for the petition to call for amendment on road regulation, traffic law offenses and insurance policies claim.

If things don't work, I would suggest you to form a group of vigilante that would patrol the street and take things into own hand as punishers. If Mat rempit and rascals could form their menace gang that terrorise innocents, why not the good vigilante form their own group to give them their payback?

Why should we do all these things which is supposed to be done by police. We pay tax to pay their salary. but it seems that government servants already forget who is actually their boss!

Yesterday someone in a Honda City cut infront so close (no indications causing me to slightly swerve and brake) while were doing 110 kph on the putrajaya highway. Then he zigzag his way without any care. I am sick of what can happen to law abiding people minding their own business. What would you do in my situation?

The silly boy would probably spam (if he hasn't already) the Honda group here by saying Honda cars have steering, braking, and turn signal problems. He's simply a one-man team, a lone ranger, driven by anger and hatred, and knows no shame even when people are laughing at him and have stopped taking him seriously.

But the most unfortunate part is not his presence here because there many such people in forums all over the world.

No, the most unfortunate part is the AW moderators here have allowed him free reign here, believing that if we all fight among one another long and hard enough, the "truth" (whatever that is) will ultimately be uncovered when all the dust settles.

Hi dennycrane and CKL,

Regarding the reckless Honda City, there is nothing you could do unless you wanted to take things into own hand, then there'll be lots of things you could do.

The expenses of installing and maintaining AES should be spent on increasing salary of police that go on patrol instead especially for the constable up to sergeant level in fighting only heavy crime (jenayah berat) and reckless drivers that would endanger lives of innocent. Current salary + allowance of constable only at RM1500, yet they have to risk their safety to face robbers and also reckless road racers menace. The dedicated police officers who would put themselves at risk to save others should be rewarded.

In comparison with cbsteh and his N-brand marketing bunch, they don't really do work nor help the company other than themselves but easily earn more than the police that risk their lives and their technical department staff that really do all the work. Frankly speaking, the salary range system should be revamped and pay those who work more higher instead of those that relax in office, don't care a thing about consumers and others. What do you guys think?

My encounter:
Jalan Klang Lama, in front of Hyundai showroom and BHP petrol station, there is 1 Almera test unit driving reckless zig zag around busy city traffic then emergency brake as the Taman Desa traffic light is read with cars queuing. The Almera handling already failed yet the driver probably sellman or marketing staff driving like that in endangering the public. The car bodyroll was so severe that could tell its entire chassis is bent sloped 1 side badly when it zig zag. Less likely customer as the nearest N-brand showroom is in OUG which is few KM away at least.

Another car behind was the new Ford Focus sedan white colour driven by delivery obeying traffic law. Enjoy viewing the Focus. The Almera, cursed the reckless driver and do hope it doesn't hit any1 other than divider should it understeer. It could be you in that car. People driving Focus with superior handling does not do that as he obey the law. It is not the first time I see you bunch of Marketing staff driving reckless on highway in company cars. I do thank you bunch for proving the terrible bodyroll and handling in public but I do not enjoy the way you put other road users in danger. Next time, do it some where no traffic so that you only slam the concrete yourself.

I just found these photos on the web. Based on the date of accident, it sees like the same car that was driven dangerously on that day I met this reckless driver probably from your department.

http://www.yuen89.co...t-accident.html

http://kereta.info/n...alangan-almera/

Look at the road behind that is wide enough for test drive, probably it happened as the failed handling Almera could not perform basic moose/chicane test or just can't turn and went into understeer and slam the lamp post.
