Anyone know acr50 should use which ATF? Is it CVT or type IV?
I hv been hearing ppl say different thing, I know if wrong usage will harm the gear, can anyone advise

If your version is the CVT type - Use the CVTF only. ATF is for 4 gear type. For 5-6 gear (non CVT) - Toyota Type IV is recommended.

THere are many fake CVT in our market. Your problem could be how to know which is genuine CVTF!!! The workshop fella cannot even give you guarantee whether their supply source is credible.

You check it out with GW Auto Mentari Sunway (Same row with Yuen Restaurant). Person to talk to - MR WEE. His shop is with NASA Oil brand. Mr.Wee owns an Alphard himself. A very knowledgeable person.

Tel : 016 250 8122 (for appointment).

Just tell him IDEMITSU guy refers this case to him.

If I'm not wrong yours is a full CVT coz I dun think you need to apply clutch to engage a gear. May I suggest you refer to your car manual (if you have one) b'coz CVT oil goes only to Full Time CVT only.

The CVTF that supplied by me is spec to spec against most Japanese's car including Estimas/Alphard/Vellfire in Japan!

Wearing a bigger shoe doesn't make you run faster if your muscle are the same. In fact, it will slow down your acceleration because of the increased weight.
