I thought the Altis 1.8G can outrun the Golf TSi smile_big.gif

What more a Pug 308T? smile_tongue.gif

Azbro,

The Pug is a very good car, stylish, full of gadgets and with good power to complement the ride and handling. Plus I absolutely love the panoramic sunroof... But having deal with Naza Kia before, I definitely will stay away from the brand. Not due to the car itself, but the company behind it. I dun see their commitment in handling Pug, unlike VW.

Hahaha that fella MIA already? Anyway I agree that PUG is a good car, always provide comfort that many european cars can't make it.

I can't wait for the altis, too long and my Vios overheat issues have gone bad to worst (even though i changed the radiator), need to trade in fast....plus getting this new car as a birthday present for my wife.

I know this is a Toyota forum, so guess I sure kena bang when I post that I'm getting the Peugeot 308T instead.

Resale value?, did some homework (can easily check mudah), for a 2010 model of both cars, Pug 308T stand to lose average RM10K more than altis, 2009 model Pug stand to lose abt 5K only, so I must say, pretty fair deal since I'm getting 3years parts and service +3 warranty and lower interest rate, plus the 308T torque is Massive! What I lose during resale, I gain during the cars ownership. So for resale its pretty even...but I dunno after 7 years how it will be.

Minus point for the Pug 308T is there is a new one coming around the corner and some reliability issues (hope doesn't happen to mine)

both cars will lose 20K in the first month, not to worry.

but regarding 3 yrs free service?? where got on earth free things bro?

the prices are actually included in the OTR price. you are actually paying the free services thru the 7 years loan.
this is what desperate people do when business not so condusive.

buy computer - cheap price. free anti virus, free 200GB HDD, free bag,

when restaurant not in good business, buy nasi lemak - free fried chicken, free drink, free discount coupon for next visit.

same thing goes to car.

naza - free 5 years warranty unlimited mileage
honda - free 2 yrs service + parts

the companies can just give away discounts but that will be more obviously needy.

Bought the car number today (its WJJ10*) @ jpj wsa maju by myself. It was fast deal as it only took less than 1/2 hr to finished in the officer's room. Paid rm300 + 10 admin fees. I think by using the runner, than it will cost me another rm150 extra for their time.

Well, now just wait for the car to be delivered on 2/3/12.

Hiya,

Last saturday collect the car @ kg baru showroom after almost 2 months of waiting. Its 2012 pearl white altis. Happy with the service of Toyota Kg Baru. Also, heard from the salesgirl that they gonna run promo on Camry (both 2011 & 2012) very soon. A good discount.

Fuel consumption on the altis is good (i guess) coz normal cruising on highway @ 80km/h will consume not more than 5L per 100km based on the info meter. NVH is better than my previous Nissan as well. Thinking of doing the sound proofing at the wheel arch area later at kl auto.

Overal.....hoping to enjoy the car for the next good 5 years, at least.
