i am a salesman too... we wish not to be 'disturbed' during weekends and holidays....that's why i sms and expect to be replied when time is convenience...it has been 4 days oredi... forget it...i judge people/service at first impression
when i bought a swift for my wife early April this year, the sales manager fr Pandan Indah returned my call immediately, even tho it was late at night...he gave good discount and even took the trouble to bring an used car dealer to trade in my wife's old kelisa...everything were brisk and professional and a 'win-win' deal was concluded

Also, please let me know if there are any questions you might have on the car's performance. I would do my best to answer them.
Any first impressions?

Indeed I do.
Exterior
- Test car is finished in a sporty Racing Blue colour, reminiscent of the Focus RS.
- It is a very handsome looking car.
Interior
- Fit and finish is a bit below par. Gaps between certain panels are quite big.
- At noon time, the metal finish of the steering wheel reflects sunlight straight into your eyes. Because of a packed schedule, I didn't have the time to do so, but I'll see if that can be fixed by adjusting the steering wheel position tmr noon.
Performance
- Engine pulls strongly under acceleration.
- 4A/T shifts smoothly.
- Little complaint on drivetrain.
Ride & Handling
- Focus' trump card. Corners very well, and rides smoothly too.
- Steering is light, but gives good feedback.
Didn't have time to properly road test it today, but will do so over the next couple of days.
