You can get it from places like autobac, carrefour, Singapore hypercoat etc. The prices is around 300+ depending on whether discount is on or not. Makita 9227c is around 300 mark also. Let me know if ya interested to buy, i can get you the address to get the various items.
Thanks, so basically it's generally sold nearly everywhere for 300+? Sounds like I can window shop around first. Yeah.. I can get the Makita locally for around the same price, but thought I wanna try a DA instead, if not shiok anytime can get the Makita.

Btw, must factor in SG 7% GST which is around the mid 300+ mark. Also depend on stock availablity. From the way you say, u seems to ganna venomous poison, lol. If i were you, I would rather go for the makita RB then can spend more on backing plates and pads. Then den get a scrap panel and play and test first. lol

Bro. dschia,
Just want to find out more on the GST system in SG.
The price quote on the product on the shelf is without the 7% GST or with the 7% included?
If not, then we add and pay only if we buy the item??

Depends on where you go and buy, some places the price quoted on the shelf has included the 7% GST, for e.g Giant, NTUC. I can't remember for Autobac and Carrefour, but usually big organisation will have the GST included in the shelf price. You can ask when you are in the shop. Many other shops like the one i get my makita and SG hypercoat never include GST when they tell you the product price, so keep in mind need to pay additional 7% GST in the final amount.

Thanks for the info.
Why I ask, is because you highlighted this GST issue.
I thought GST should have been included, then at least we will know what we are going to pay for, rather than trying to calculate or later find out that is not the actual price......
