yup I one of the user .... so far so good ... my alarm have trigger more
then 15 time (due to car wash) and I received call within 5min .... if not
I will terminate service ... but I will give DF due to they only
received service fees .... no like others .. u pay the alarm device RM2K+
then talk about service later ... u know what I mean....

dont know since I cant find the cost... all the function similar with DF
Tracker ... but I can tell u that DF have 2 buttons one is panic another
is anti hi-jack but both very flexible ... you can easily disable and
enable it.

KUALA LUMPUR: If you are getting sleepless nights that someone might steal
your beloved wheels, Automobile Association of Malaysia (AAM) has launched
a state-of-the-art vehicle security and recovery with satellite tracking
system.

Claimed to be the first and only integrated global positioning system
(GPS) security cum auto assist system for the local market, the Smart
Tracker system allows real-time and accurate tracking of up to a radius of
five metres.

The system is a joint effort between AAM and Dataran Ganda Sdn Bhd, a
Telekom Malaysia franchisee which has rights to the telecommunications
company’s propriety digital maps that cover Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and
Sarawak.

If the car is stolen or carjacked, the owner can dial up the 24-hour Smart
Tracker control centre which will immediately locate the lost vehicle and
dispatch a recovery crew.

Besides being an anti-theft solution with a three-year warranty, the Smart
Tracker also allows AAM patrol trucks to track down vehicles for breakdown
rescues.

Other features include a “geofencing” feature which alerts the owner and
control centre if the vehicle has been driven outside the country.

Smart Tracker unit also has an anti-dismantling with back-up battery and
impact sensor.

Offered in a RM1,728 package which includes free first year’s AAM

At the launch in Kuala Lumpur last month, AAM chairman Tunku Mudzaffar
Tunku Mustapha said the association hopes to have at least 5,000 vehicles
installed with the Smart Tracker.

“Besides giving private car owners peace of mind, the Smart Tracker has
good potential for those in the delivery, car rental and logistics
business to manage their fleet more efficiently,” he said.

For only $270 per year this is a no brainer,
I'll buy it in a heartbeat for peace of mind.
