Sorry, I can't wait already. Just went for a Triton.
All Triton needs is a variable geometry turbocharger to replace its current normal turbocharger. Overall, the Triton is great and nice except acceleration. Not to race or drive fast but to come out of junction at certain dangerous spots and to keep pace with traffic at optimum permissible speed.

Cacat looking or not, I suppose it is up to the individual. I test drove the Triton and felt alright with the power. Good enough for me.
To Ford, perhaps it should cut the time it takes to transfer the 2011 Ranger for commercial production in Thailand. I would have waited if there were solid indications of its arrival later this year or next. Sadly there was none. After the Australian motor show, everything just went blank. A call to a local Ford dealer indicated that news would on be out by May. News only, not actual information for commercial production.

So slow? If it's launching in May, that means we'll only get to see new Ranger by year end. If too close to October, they'll sure delay to December launch so that the buyers will get 2012 number and model. I hope Ford is up to something like preparing enough stock before launching, by then, there is chance to launch at Q3.
